Booking a gite. The first step is to make a booking online using one of the forms and proceed to the payments section where you will be asked to pay a deposit of 25% of the rental cost which is non refundable,  The balance will be due 10 weeks before the start date of your holiday. If the booking is made less than 10 weeks before the starting date, the full cost must be paid at the time of booking. Your booking will be binding both on you and on us when we send you confirmation that the booking is accepted. If payment is not made when due, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you.


  1. Deposit for damages is required this is £500.00 this amount will be added to your bill your card details will be taken and scanned but no money will be taken without prior agreement.


  1. ARRIVAL are from 7.00pm to 9.30pm earlier checkin may be possible depending on prior bookings. Please email us to request this and we will try to accommodate you if at all possible.


  1. DEPARTURES are between 10.00am and 10.30am please ensure you leave on time as we have to ensure the Gite is ready for the next guests again a late departure may be available depending on prior bookingsPlease email us to request this and we will try to accommodate you if at all possible.



  1. Leaving Inspection will be carried out when vacating the property we respectfully ask you to remember that you are staying in someones home and we expect the property to be left clean and tidy when you depart if this is not left in a clean condition £60.00 cleaning fee will be charged. Breakages should be reported to the owner as soon as possible so replacements can made before the following guests arrive.


  1. PRICE The cost of the booking is fixed and will not be subject to any variation once accepted by us. The price is for self catering accommodation.  the cancellation charges set out below.

   

  1. Cancellation. If you need to cancel your holiday after it has been confirmed, the person making the booking may notify us by email. In that event the following cancellation charges are payable from the date we receive your notification: Less than 21 days before the starting date - loss of payment. 21 to 70 days before - 50% of payment. We would advise that you insure against cancellation.


  1. Arrangements. These are your responsibility. We cannot be responsible for any failure on your part to make the necessary travel arrangements, nor delays or cancellations. It is your responsibility to take out any insurance that you may require against such eventualities.


  1. Use of facilities. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party are made aware, by you, of the normal risks attendant on using the facilities provided at the property. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party take all proper precautions against accident, whether by using appropriate safety equipment or otherwise and ensuring that young persons are properly supervised at all times.


  1. Swimming Pool. Open between April and late September Pool times opening and closing can be arranged with the owner but will generally be between 8.00am - 8.00pm - the pool will have to be vacated when robotic cleaning takes place prior notice will be given, NO glasses or bottles around the pool and NO Eating, Babies must wear swimming nappies and any toilet accidents must be reported immediately - your deposit is at risk if the pool has to be chemically cleaned due to toilet accidents, Children to be under the supervision of the parents at all times we accept no responsibility for their safety as a lifeguard is not provided


  1. Complaints. If you have any problems with the house or its fittings or equipment, please let us know immediately. We will respond as quickly as possible to any complaint which is likely to seriously affect the enjoyment of you 


  1. Liability. We believe the property to be accurately described in our web site and any other literature supplied by us. You are responsible for insurance of your own personal property whilst on holiday. 


  1. Linen / towels. towels and bed linen. For those staying for 1 week or more, clean bed linen will be offered on a weekly basis. Pool towels will be provided and are not to be taken off the property  You will be responsible for any other washing during the course of your stay.


  1. Insurance. You are responsible for insuring your personal property whilst on holiday and for insuring against cancellation, sickness or other such risks. 




  1. ACCOMMODATION  is provided for the persons named on the booking form. We must be informed in advance of any alteration. The maximum capacity of the Gite is 6 persons and this must not be exceeded without our permission.


  1. SMOKING no smoking on the property or in the gite is allowed.


  1. GENERAL  Whilst every possible effort will be made to maintain the Swimming Pool and Gite equipment to a high standard and in good order for our guests enjoyment we cannot accept liability in the event of any unforeseen incident we would ask you to please bare with us whilst we attempt to rectify any problem as soon as possible.
